We are currently seeking CNCs or Registered Nurses who are passionate about in-home and community care and looking at managing their own franchise!

HomeCaring provides high quality, person-centered home care to seniors and people living with disability. We pride ourselves on caring for our clients with passion, respect, empathy and accountability.

This is an exciting role and will allow you to build your own business unit with the support of a large corporate group. The position allows for business unit autonomy and has a strong focus on harnessing their passion for caring. We will provide full business, financial, marketing and other back office systems support. Full training will be provided to ensure the candidates success.

Using your experience as a Clinical Nurse or a Registered Nurse, you will be expected to attract new customers, as well as networking and engaging within the Wollongong area. You will be provided with a comprehensive training program, ongoing operational support and a full suite of cloud-based business management tools to assist with the development of the Wollongong region. 


Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage Home care programs (Home Care Packages, NDIS, Private Services)
  • Support aged and disability clients
  • Oversee Client intake and ongoing care and compliance
  • Recruit Care workers / Support workers
  • Network and create strong partnerships in the community with referral partners
