Aged / Disability Support Workers - MOUNT ELIZA, VICTORIA
Support Network currently have multiple shifts available providing home care to an aged couple in the Mount Eliza area.
Providing home based care for an aged couple with dementia, there are currently multiple day shifts and sleepover shifts available.
Support workers are required to assist clients with their daily routines and skills, such as medication, personal care, meal preparation and light domestic assistance.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Working with Children Check
- COVID-19 Digital Certificate
- ABN and Bank Details
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation

Support Network is an online platform where you can find and hire independent support staff for the care or you can even bring your existing care staff to Support Network, e.g., a support worker, therapist, nurse, neighbour or friend. You can set up services costs to cover under NDIS, Aged Care Home Care Packages or private (fee for service). Service price can be negotiated between the client and the support worker to make sure the client can maximize their care hours.
